Job Summary:
The
Segmentation Director - Consumer
Marketing
will be responsible for revolutionizing
how Company organization and clients
target and interact with consumers.
He/She will bridge the gap between
current behavior based segmentation and
modeling and apply attitudinal tools to
gain a deeper understanding and
relationship with consumers.
The Consumer Marketing Segmentation
Director will report to the Senior
Director, Client Strategy.

Description:
The
Segmentation Director - Consumer
Marketing will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Develop
and implement consumer segmentation
strategies to support consumer and
member acquisition and retention goals
for Company products, as well as key
client accounts
-
Train
internal stakeholders on our model, and
more importantly how to apply and the
value it brings to their business
-
Perform
development and implementation of a
consumer economic model to help our
clients make strategic marketing
investments. This model will allow
products to better understand their
members, target the most profitable
members and predict economic impacts of
change in member behaviors
-
Be a
recognized consumer expert, both
internal and externally, in the areas of
consumer attitudes, marketplace trends
and marketing best practices
-
Work with
Sales and Account Mgmt to represent
targeted Consumer Engagement
capabilities to win clients
-
Work with
internal marketing teams to continuously
refine and prove out the value of our
segmentation tools.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Segmentation Director - Consumer
Marketing Job

10+
years of demonstrated career
progression in health care
relationship marketing at an agency
and in a corporate environment
-
Demonstrated executive presence in
presenting CRM strategies to
internal and external executive
leadership
-
Expert in the subject matter of
consumer marketing segmentation with
excellent public speaking and
presentation skills
-
Proven track record in analytical
segmentation, RFM modeling,
promotional testing, response
analysis, ROI analysis, behavior
modeling and measurement methodology
-
Ability to create positive change
within an organization
-
Results oriented and change
management agent
-
Ability and willingness to travel up
to 30%
-
Passion for changing the way
consumers, and organizations that
support them, interact with the
industry
-
Ability to demonstrate ROI with CRM
strategies, including direct and
indirect costs and product
profitability.
