Specialist
will be responsible for the day to day
operational processing in support of
customer fulfillment.

The
Marketing Support - Fulfillment
Specialist
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Monitor CRISS and group email box
for customer inquiries
-
Research requests using Fulfillment
Application and GENESIS
-
Research will involve determining
customer’s eligibility under a
variety of incentive offers
-
Communicate with internal and
external clients, following through
on all requests until complete
resolution
-
Resolve payment disputes promptly
-
Enter
data into Fulfillment Application
with 100% accuracy
-
Validate status of submitted awards
in various currencies
-
Perform analytical tasks involving
high volume of numeric and/or alpha
data
-
Generate and audit premium payout
reporting
-
Create and maintain monthly
production schedule and requirements
documents
-
Audit
input data files for content and
format with 100% accuracy
-
Assist with payment processing and
validation tasks
-
Document and maintain procedures /
process flows
-
Maintain electronic and hard copy
filing and perform required system
backups.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Marketing Support -
Fulfillment Specialist Job

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills / customer
service skills
-
Detail oriented, accurate, and very
organized.
Problem-solving and follow-through
skills.
Data entry skills (alpha and
numeric) - accuracy essential.
Experienced in Access, Excel, Word,
Lotus Notes
Preferred skills:
Relational database experience.
Familiarity with SQL, CRISS, ICDM,
CORE, GENESIS, BRIO, Pinacle
