Job Summary:
The
Marketing Strategy Manager
will focus on developing an integrated
understanding of market and customer
insights and using these insights to
develop and manage effective customer
development strategies; driving
enhancements to the customer experience;
and assessing on an ongoing basis the
impact of the strategies on the key
business metrics.

Marketing Strategy Manager
will perform

Ability to clearly articulate a desired
customer experience by actively
interacting with internal and external
customers to understand their needs and
determine an experience that is good for
the customer and helps drive key
business metrics

Analyze the customer base and activity
trends to develop segment-based
strategies and opportunities to drive
customer and key business results

Partner with Market Insights to drive
the learning agenda to gather the voice
of the customer and voice of the
business to identify opportunities to
enhance customer loyalty and growth

Review, understand, and integrate data
and information on the business, market,
competitors, and customers to assess
opportunities for growth
-
Design and maintain monthly / quarterly
reports to communicate results against
goals and the "why" behind the results
-
Drive clear business requirements and
business case processes to make the
strategies actionable in the business

Drive clear business requirements to
profitably improve the customer
experience
-
Partner with Integrated Marketing to
develop communication strategies to
address needs and help accomplish
business goals
-
Partner with live channel and web
functions to design inbound and outbound
call lead programs and web strategy
associated with key opportunities
-
Partner with Advisory Solutions and
other groups to drive product
development and thought leadership for
customers
-
Implement and oversee all aspects of
projects: strategy articulation,
opportunity sizing, budgets, stakeholder
support and communication and
interaction with all supporting
functions including marketing
communications, legal, systems, and
product.

Consumer marketing experience to
develop program and offerings for a
target customer segment; creative
thinker with strong problem-solving
skills
Good presentation skills to
communicate the strategy and build
consensus through both verbal and

Strong interpersonal skills with the
ability to influence (without full
authority) and build productive
relationships with a broad array of
functional areas
Strong executive presence to manage
senior stakeholders and forums
High energy and flexibility to
manage multiple projects at once and
change in a fast paced environment.
