The
Marketing Strategy Analyst - Retail
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Design
and execute Company’s customer centric
marketing strategy -
Develop
and drive initiatives designed to build
loyalty and share of wallet with Company
customers -
Segment
customers along a variety of behavioral
and attitudinal factors to improve
Company’s understanding of customer and
shopper behavior -
Leverage
proprietary customer segmentations,
shopper insights and customer analysis
to develop strategies to increase
loyalty and share of wallet -
Design
controlled experiments to execute
strategies and understand & evaluate
customer behavior -
Synthesize results at the segment level
and share insights across the
organization -
Perform
quantitative and qualitative analyses to
support strategic projects and
initiatives -
Develop
and present findings to senior
management -
Interface
with a wide variety of internal and
external stakeholders -
Manage
own work and work of Junior Analysts to
meet internal and external expectations -
Mentor
and coach Junior Analysts on the team.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Marketing Strategy Analyst -
Retail Job

Previous consulting, retail or CPG
experience a plus
-
Highly proficient in Excel, Access
and Power Point
-
Strong ability in either theoretical
modeling, statistical modeling or
data manipulation
-
Strong ability in either SAS, SQL,
visual basic or other programming
languages
-
Proven leadership skills,
demonstrated in both academic and
business environments
-
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills, with strong detail
orientation
-
Excellent verbal and written
presentation skills, with the
ability to communicate clearly and
persuasively to Senior Management
-
High
degree of initiative and results
orientation.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Marketing Strategy Analyst - Retail Job

4 year
degree from an accredited university in
Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or
other natural science, engineering or
honor level economics/business with
experience in data management and
analysis
-
Advanced
degree in Business, Engineering or
Applied Sciences a plus.
