The Marketing & Sales Director will be client-focused, high-performing team leader, who will strategically align the Firm's priorities and passionately be focused on positioning a distinctive Company brand in the marketplace and drive long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

Job Description:

The Marketing & Sales Director will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the assigned geography.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Marketing & Sales Director Job

  • Extensive knowledge of Marketing and Sales to align strategically the Firm's priorities, execute and focus on positioning a distinctive brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm
  • Extensive knowledge to develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the geography
  • Extensive experience to lead, in small markets and collaborate with the Market Sales Marketing Leader in the large markets, as well as work with the priority account teams to develop their, account planning, drive programs and build and/or maintain the long-term recurring and non-recurring revenue stream, which comprises 80% of the time in this role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and develop the sales & marketing team, as well as the client engagement teams
  • Develop and manage the Client Drivers and client relationship executives in the local market
  • 10 years relevant experience.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Marketing & Sales Director Job

  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS).
