The
Marketing Programs Coordinator will
work in a collaborative team setting to
organize and execute corporate
tradeshows, events and other
lead-generating programs. He/She will
perform program planning, project
management, logistics coordination,
budgeting, measurement and reporting.

The
Marketing Programs Coordinator
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Plan,
manage and execute corporate programs
such as tradeshows, events, webinars and
other lead-generating activities
-
Manage
outsourced vendors where required,
including agencies, list houses, graphic
providers and display houses
-
Organize,
plan, implement, analyze and communicate
the program results
-
Maintain
project plans, timelines and budgets for
all programs
-
Coordinate logistics of booth materials
to/from corporate shows/events
-
Responsible for Company brand presence
at corporate shows/events
-
Support
communications by participating in
quarterly update webinars, maintaining
an up-to-date intranet, and contributing
to monthly newsletters targeting
customers, business partners and
prospective end users
-
Track,
report and measure program results.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Marketing Programs Coordinator Job

2+
years experience in tradeshows
and/or event management
-
Previous channel marketing
experience is beneficial
-
Knowledge and understanding of
marketing fundamentals
-
Self-starter, ability to initiate
programs and problem-solve
-
Strong project management skills,
attention to detail
-
A
technology background is preferred.
