Job Summary:
The
Marketing Manager Digital and
Sponsorships will
be responsible for building ad sales
revenue for Company & driving the growth
of one of Company’s flagship franchises.
He/She will work closely with internal
departments including sales, digital
revenue development, editorial, design,
product, analytics, and other marketing
departments.

The
Marketing Manager Digital and
Sponsorships
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Partner with revenue development &
ad sales teams to support
development of advertiser
proposals/pitches
-
Develop one-sheets outlining digital
and mobile sponsorship opportunities
-
Build
marketing plans to drive performance
of active sponsorships and business
initiatives
-
Manage conception, creation &
scheduling of marketing creative for
display ads and other marketing
units across Company
-
Partner with editorial team on a
daily basis for site promotion
-
Responsible for performance tracking
of active sponsorships
-
Ensure delivery of every campaign &
proactively resolve any
underperforming campaigns
-
Manage day-to-day digital marketing
for franchise tune-in and digital
initiatives
-
Develop performance recaps of
marketing programs and case studies
as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Marketing Manager Digital and

years of successful digital
marketing and sales/support
experience

Strong Marketing Strategist &
Creative Thinker

Strong team player with a
“roll-up-your-sleeves”, positive,
energetic attitude

Proven track-record in program
development through collaboration
with multiple business divisions and
across media platforms
-
Proven capacity to juggle multiple
priorities, meet deadlines and
thrive in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of digital advertising
sales process, web analytics, ad
networks, video, social media and
mobile
-
Working knowledge and ability to
interpret online metrics and
research tools (i.e. comScore,
@plan, Omniture, etc)

Strong presentation, interpersonal,
oral and writing skills (PowerPoint,
Excel, Word)
-
Ability to understand and quickly
apply new technologies (ie. Social,
Mobile, Tablet, Apps).
