Marketing Manager-Acquisition Associate Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager-Acquisition Associate, reporting to the Senior Director of Interactive Marketing, will be part of the customer acquisition team designed to strategically drive new members. He/She will devise and execute a strategy to grow membership and an engaged subscriber base.

The Marketing Manager-Acquisition Associate will be a smart risk taker and an expert in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts. He/She will form partnerships with other suitable companies to deliver ideas, transforming them into scalable programs.

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager-Acquisition Associate will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Analyze and manage performance and execution of marketing campaigns from ideation stage through launch to drive membership growth from marketing vehicles associated with Amazon.com such as display media across Amazon properties, $100 cash back offer, email, site integration including Amazon.com and IMDb.com detail pages and search results, marketing support for Kindle and Amazon Anywhere

  • Build, maintain and analyze marketing performance reports

  • Manage day to day relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of annual goals and efficiency metrics

  • Develop online multivariate tests to maximize site conversion for membership

  • Partner with internal groups as well as lead external agencies to plan, develop, execute, and analyze offline traffic driving opportunities.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Marketing Manager-Acquisition Associate Job

  • Execution and knowledge of a wide variety of online marketing and pay for performance campaigns across channels, including display and mobile
  • Passionately analytical, with outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management / prioritization skills
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture and measuring campaign impact desired
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, and deliver results
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
  • 1-3 years prior marketing experience is desired, but not a necessary prerequisite.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Marketing Manager-Acquisition Associate Job

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
