Marketing Coordinator Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will become an integral part of the team while learning the Marketing Discipline. He/She will take charge of the existing responsibilities of the position, and adapt quickly to Company growth.

Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Maintain Company sales/marketing database of both existing and potential clients

  • Report on effectiveness of marketing, sales, and account management initiatives

  • Maintain sales and product collateral, and manage our client referral and reference programs

  • Work with the sales and account management teams on training programs, including the creation of sales training materials

  • Support sales team on significant RFP’s

  • Perform additional sales support functions as required. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Marketing Coordinator Job

  • Quick learner, self-starter with the ability to prioritize an aggressive workload
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication/presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in business services marketing
  • Microsoft Office super-user
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Marketing Coordinator Job

  • Bachelor's degree and related experience through internships and/or 1 -2 years of work experience.
