Job Summary:

The Marketing & Communications Director - Corp Communication will be responsible for developing, coordinating and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies. He/She will direct overall vision, strategy and daily management of area.

The Marketing & Communications Director - Corp will also direct, control, represent and fiscally be responsible for area. He/She will assess and develop new programs and services.

Job Description:

The Marketing & Communications Director - Corp Communication will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Manage, develop and monitor quality metrics; manage workload so quality can be optimized

  • Use analytics to continuously improve offerings, optimize response & evaluate ROI for all initiatives

  • Identify and translate trends into actionable opportunities

  • Perform business analysis, prepare recommendations and business plans

  • Balance short-term needs with strategic requirements and other organizational objectives

  • Collaborate across organizational units to ensure enterprise needs are met

  • Serve on executive team for division; set strategy, objectives and budget for marketing and communications business unit

  • Collaborate to develop annual budgets

  • Conduct fiscal planning, budgeting and related financial activates

  • Recommend and implement cost saving measures

  • Accountable for department finances

  • Manage team; employees and contract personnel

  • Conduct hiring, performance reviews and career path mapping

  • Motivate, challenge and inspire team members to deliver results

  • Create or foster a creative, positive, efficient and collaborative team environment

  • Manage conflict in an effective, expedient & professional manner

  • Perform other duties as assigned.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Marketing & Communications Director - Corp Communication Job

  • Eight years marketing and communications experience with three years managerial marketing experience
  • Strong healthcare marketing and communications business acumen
  • Crisis and issues management experience
  • Proven results in pitching to national media
  • Ability to lead a strong PR team
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment
  • Solid judgment and team player.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Marketing & Communications Director - Corp Communication Job

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Market Research or related field
  • Master's Degree preferred.
