Job Summary:
The
Marketing Business Analysis Manager will
be responsible for providing competitive
view, view of short metric performance,
and improve prospect and newly acquired
customer experience. He/She will create
an environment where the acquisition
team is providing recommendation and
providing the information needed to
drive decision, stir brainstorming and
improve processes/communications.

The
Marketing Business Analysis Manager
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Competitive Data: collect, summarize and
analyze competitive offer information,
creatives. Share with the broader
Acquisition teams. Compare Company
acquisitions strategy vs competitors.
Recommend any opportunities that Company
can test or change to insure we maintain
a competitive edge. Partner with
EBuiness on developing an online
competitive summary for Cards
-
Acquisition Financial Reporting: Partner
with CFO, Decision Management and Risk
on keeping track of Acquisitions monthly
and full year forecast. Provide a
holistic view, channel and product view.
Keep track of risk and opportunities.
Track the corresponding marketing
investment
-
Analyze
and provide the channels with short
metrics to gain early reads both on
direct mail and online tests and roll
out strategy performance in market
place. Partner with Decision Management
and Risk on test that require further
performance reads. Partner with Risk on
keeping track of approval rates and
assess if there are opportunities to
have referrals strategies

Customer
Experience: Improve Company net promoter
score for Acquisitions. Role will assess
opportunities where Company can leverage
a positive customer experience as a
prospect is going though the application
process of getting a line of credit.
Evaluate whether a consumer can find
products that fit their borrowing needs.
Review opportunities across all touch
point: online, phone, paper etc.

Collaboration with acquisition channels
(ebusiness, direct mail, phones etc),
Branding, Decision Management, risk and
credit operation

Prepare
presentations for senior management.

Minimum Education Requirements /

experience or Master's Degree with
