Job Summary:
The
Marketing Analytics and Strategy Lead will be primarily
responsible for developing and
implementing marketing predictive
modeling and segmentation strategies;
collaborating with the Marketing
Communication team members, sales and
business leaders within Company to
recommend and implement individual
campaigns, test and control processes.
He/She will
model
performance analysis in conjunction with
cross-functional teams and will
recommend and initiate on-going
modifications. He/She will link
modeling/segmentation techniques to
business results, which are critical to
success.
The
Marketing Analytics and Strategy Lead
will
manage
the members of the Data Analytics and
Operations team by providing high level
direction to the campaign strategy for
the Company.
Job
Description:
The
Marketing Analytics and Strategy Lead will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Serve
as a subject-matter expert in the
area of statistical analysis and
direct marketing targeting
strategies
-
Initiate and drive business
strategies
-
Perform predictive modeling and
segmentation development
-
Test
design and marketing measurement
-
Be a
subject matter expert to answer
questions and perform database
queries/analysis that support
engagement efforts using Unica
Campaign Management software and
Predictive Insights
-
Perform
oversight and support of generating
campaigns (direct mail, IVR, email,
call center, web) measuring
response, calculating ROI and other
performance measurements and
creating demographic and
segmentation profiling
-
Play
leadership role in driving analytics
strategy including managing projects
involving cross-functional teams
-
Work
directly with other marketing team
members and cross-functional teams
to gain understanding of business
needs
-
Analyze the success of new program
initiatives and determine ways to
enhance existing processes
-
Produce and present Excel
spreadsheets and PPT reports that
communicate/translate results
derived from the database into
meaningful charts and insights that
are easily understood and valued by
internal and external audiences
-
Perform oversight of timelines and
schedules for campaigns and
analytics, and external resources
(off-shore, contractor, vendor)

Develop direct team members career
growth through career development
plans and provide insight and
direction on a day to day basis.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Marketing Analytics and
Strategy Lead Job

7+
years experience in analytics, CRM,
direct response, and segmentation
-
3+
years previous experience in
management or supervisory
Advanced Excel skills -
Strong relationship management
skills
-
Ability to work in matrix
environment
-
Health plan, pharmaceutical or
employee benefits experience a plus
-
Unica
Campaign Management, Predictive
Insights and Cognos Reporting
experience preferred
-
Knowledge of SQL or computer
programming a plus.
