Medical Center will be primarily
responsible for supporting the Business
Development and Marketing Department.

The
Marketing Administrative Assistant -
Medical Center will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide administrative coverage for
Business Development & Marketing and
may provide support to other
Executives and Directors on an
occasional basis
-
Perform any related work and see
assignments through to completion
with little or no supervision
-
Under
the direction of the VP of Business
Development & Marketing execute
comprehensive Public Affairs and
Communication directly aligned with
strategic initiatives established by
the Senior Management Team at the
Medical Center
-
When
need arises, will perform other
duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Marketing Administrative
Assistant - Medical Center Job
-
3
years experience supporting
executive level positions
-
Marketing/Public Relations or
related experience preferred
-
Proficiency in MS Word and Desktop
Publishing
-
Computer experience to include Word,
and Excel
-
Previous experience supporting
similar executive levels preferred
-
Use
independent judgment requiring
discretion in preparation of
correspondence and directives.
Minimum Education Requirements /
