Job Summary:
The
Marketing Administrative Assistant will be
responsible for providing direct and
daily administrative support to the
Company Marketing Department. He/She
will be responsible for a variety of
tasks and activities that are essential
to the smooth operation of the Company's
larger marketing, communications, and
outreach efforts, including meeting and
event planning and coordination, word
processing, database maintenance and
tracking, and filing and records
administration.

Description:
The
Marketing Administrative Assistant will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Manage department calendar including
scheduling and logistical support
for all meetings and events managed
through the Marketing Department
-
Order
and organize supplies and materials
used in the Marketing Department
-
Photocopy, collate, assemble and
proof documents and other written or
printed materials
-
Scan
and upload documents and graphics to
company systems and applications
-
Sorts
and file records in the Marketing
central filing system
-
Create and modify documents such as
invoices, reports, memos, letters,
and excel documents using word
processing, spreadsheet, database
and/or other presentation software
such as Microsoft Office, Adobe
Indesign
-
Include word processing projects,
including typing, proofing, printing
and assembling of a wide range of
documents
-
Perform other marketing duties and
assignments as determined by the
Director
-
Maintain confidentiality in all
aspects of client, staff and agency
information.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Marketing Administrative
Assistant Job

One
to three years experience in an
office support position handling a
variety of administrative duties

Positive attitude, excellent
customer service skills, highly
proactive approach

Strong commitment to quality and
error free work product

Excellent written and verbal
communication skills

Strong and collaborative work ethic

Sound
computer skills, including knowledge
of MS Office software (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
