Job Summary:
The
Manager Marketing Sports and Digital
Properties will
be responsible for leading the
development and execution of integrated
marketing plans for Company's digital
properties.

The
Manager Marketing Sports and Digital
Properties
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Oversee
the development and execution of
integrated marketing plans to drive
affinity, awareness and usage of
Companys digital properties
Direct and lead external agencies
and internal creative resources in
the development and execution of
creative campaigns that are on
strategy, on time and on budget.
This includes but is not limited to
the production of television, print,
radio, out-of-home and online
advertising, consumer promotions and
social media
Work
closely with Research, Media and CRM
to determine targeting and messaging
strategies for each property
Monitor, measure, and optimize all
communications to ensure marketing
plans are as effective and efficient
as possible
Identify insights/opportunities to
grow consumption and usage
Work
closely with key counterparts in the
Company Digital Media Group to
participate in the product
development process, understand the
product pipeline and brainstorm
ideas for new features and new
products
Collaborate with Digital Media in
the development and execution of all
marketing materials to ensure the
products are accurately represented
Cultivate relationships with key
internal and external constituencies
including: Marketing counterparts in
Sports, Brand, Media, Synergy and
Creative Services. Company Digital
Media, Company Research, Company
Customer Marketing and Sales,
Company Media Networks Group,
Corporate Communications, Company
on-air talent, and various
Company/Partners stakeholders
Partner closely with the Digital
Sales group to drive incremental
revenue while building and
supporting the Company Brand and
specific Company digital products.

evaluating creative and articulating
feedback
Skilled at managing the creative
process and letting good work happen

different constituencies while
leading the process with a strong
POV
Strong influence and negotiation
skills and the ability to
comfortably interact with and make
presentation to senior level
management
In-depth knowledge of digital media,
digital marketing and gaming
Passion for pop culture, technology
and the rapidly changing media
landscape
Huge
sports fan.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Manager Marketing Sports and Digital
Properties Job
BA/BS
degree with a minimum of 5 years of
marketing or related experience and
at least 2 years management
experience.
