Job Summary:
The
Manager Marketing Solutions will be
responsible for overseeing the
identification, development and
deployment of Company technology
solutions. He/She will determine
positioning and training for Company’s
sales workforce for technology solutions
and other marketing initiatives.
The
Solutions Marketing Manager will
participate in the development of topics
and solutions detail for external
customer messaging management and
internal sales collateral materials,
along with supporting content and
coordination of events with vendors.
Job

The
Manager Marketing Solutions
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Develop
and/or support measurements of success
of integrated marketing plans and
implement operational requirements for
technology solutions
-
Monitor
performance against current year plan
(variance analysis) and take corrective
action as required
-
Conduct
market assessments to prioritize gaps in
Company’s technology solution portfolio
-
Lead
customer research projects to better
understand Company technology solutions,
customer needs, and the most effective
ways to communicate with target audience
-
Integrate
Company solution strategy and
go-to-market plan within customer
segment marketing plans (Small, Medium
and Large Business, Healthcare,
Education and Government
-
Integrate
Company technology solution strategy
within the Company Sales Channel
territory plans for every targeted
customer segment. (Small, Medium and
Large Business, Healthcare, Education
and Government, Vertical Industries)
-
Partner
with Communications & Brand Management
to ensure customer message management is
integrated into all marketing vehicles
-
Partner
with Strategic Solutions & Services team
to ensure appropriate sales, pre-sales
engineering and technology specialists
and solution architects tools and
resources are available
-
Implement
and manage key sales support projects to
drive attainment of revenue and
profitability goals
-
Maintain
technical knowledge and market
positioning of Company technology
solutions for the Sales Channels and
Strategic Solutions & Services teams
-
Keep up
to date of customer “pain points.”
Address topics and corresponding content
customer message management vehicles and
sales support collateral pieces
-
Collaborate with vendors, outside
agencies and internal stakeholders to
coordinate activities to support an
integrated marketing plan for executing
the revenue objectives of each solution
-
Develop
event demonstrations with partners based
upon each Company Segment Marketing
plan.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Manager Marketing Solutions Job

Proven success in product
development/management, as well as
working experience with customers
segments
-
Demonstrated program/project
management experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications
-
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with the
ability to effectively interact with
all stakeholders including senior
leadership
-
Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously
and quickly adapt to the changing
needs of the business
-
History of proactively collaborating
with stakeholders and building
strong cross-functional
relationships.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Manager Marketing Solutions Job

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
and/or 5 years of technology
marketing experience in a business
to business environment.
