Job Summary:
The
Group Marketing Manager Global
BioSurgery will work closely with, and
report to, the Director of Global
Marketing, BioSurgery. The GMM will have
a number of varied responsibilities,
including development and execution of
global marketing strategies that
contribute to the growth of the Sealant
and Anti-Adhesion portfolio (TISSEEL,
COSEAL ADEPT) representing over $200M of
global sales.

The
Group Marketing Manager Global
BioSurgery
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Lead the
development, coordination, and
implementation of the new product
development of this portfolio
-
supervise
the life cycle management of the
existing products including indication
expansion and coordination of device
development with the appropriate group
in the organization
-
Partake
in any business development assessment
and negotiations, development of
relationships with potential external
partners
-
Responsible for the strategic portfolio
assessment for Sealants and
Anti-Adhesion related products and
projects
-
Lead
competitive intelligence efforts for the
brands and provide necessary product
training to regional and country
counterparts.

Strong facilitation and
communication skills, including the
ability to communicate with
top-level physicians and senior
management team members on a highly
technical and business level

Excellent organizational, project
management, interpersonal, and
people management skills

6-8 years of Surgical Products,
Surgical Medical Devices, Pharma, or
Biotech industry experience, with 5
years of relevant marketing
experience, which may include a
combination of sales, product
management, brand management,
strategic, new product marketing,
key opinion leader management,
medical marketing, life cycle
management.
