Job Summary:
The
Global Marketing Manager
will be responsible for leading the
development & implementation of the
marketing plans for the Company
division, which is designed to grow
sales and market share in each of the
business units/major markets.

The
Global Marketing Manager
will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Identify market/customer opportunities,
execute against positioning strategy and
develop supporting programs for the
strategic initiatives
Manage/influence a matrix of 10-20
individuals across and within all
business units. These include outside
vendors, consultants, and employees on
project teams accountable for the
development of marketing, sales and
operations materials
Co-develop strategies to integrate and
communicate differentiation factors &
value proposition(s) under a unified
brand
Co-develop and coordinate message
consolidation across business units in
partnership with other marketing team
members
Play the leading role in developing
promotional concepts and programs that
are focused on supporting the VPs of
Business Development and their key
accounts
Monitor and evaluate competitor and
client intelligence and develop
appropriate strategies to optimize
potential opportunities
Provide strategic thought leadership to
Sr. Director of Marketing
Manage a variety of projects
including: site development, marketing,
and internal/external communications
collaborate with internal PR team and
external marketing and media partners
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Global Marketing Manager Job

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines:
GLP, GMP, GCP, and CLIA a plus

Experience selling, marketing, or
working in operations at companies
that sell to pharmaceutical
companies are preferred
-
8+ years of experience in marketing
& sales with science oriented
companies that sell products or
services to Pharmaceutical,
Biotechnology, Diagnostic, or
Medical Device companies (e.g. CRO
or a life science provider - analytical instruments and
reagents, other services)
-
8+ years of experience in planning,
developing and launching of
product/services
-
Previous
experience with drug development
process from pre-clinical development
through commercialization
-
Previous experience working in a
global marketing environment while
working with different cultures
-
Previous experience working in a PR
driven environment while providing
marketing efforts.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
