The
Director of Marketing Hospitals, under
the direction of the Vice President
Wellness Operations, will
be responsible for developing and
executing marketing strategies that will
build Hospital customer base, encourage
member retention, identify/analyze new
business opportunities, and implement
campaigns and strategies.
He/She will
implement an annual marketing plan to
attract new members, retain existing
members and build long-term loyalty. The
Director of Marketing Hospitals will
determine
and introduce new products in order to
provide a full array of distinctive
benefits to members. He/She will manage
and develop long term relationships with
vendors; work with each Hospital
division/market to understand target
populations, and products and services.
The
Director of Marketing Hospitals will
work
strategically with Hospital executive
management and finance to ensure a
balance between business cost management
and growth goals.
Job

The
Director of Marketing Hospitals will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Develop
an annual marketing plan with budget to
promote Hospital products and services
to existing and potential customers
Direct
and oversee the company marketing
functions, to identify and develop new
customers and markets for Hospital
products and services
Lead
research initiatives for new revenue
opportunities in new and existing
markets
Develop
return-on-investment analysis to justify
implementation of new marketing
initiatives and expansion
Work with
the Hospital Consumer Outreach and
Hospital Employer Wellness and clinic
teams to identify and develop strategic
marketing initiatives that will
successfully develop the Hospital brand
Work
continuously in close cooperation with
other members of the Hospital team to
develop a high level of internal
communication to meet customer and
member needs (includes account
management, product development,
outreach, and information technology)
Interact
with product development team, customer
service, communications and sales to
help identify and design Hospital
products, services and enhancements and
ensure customer awareness of new product
lines
Oversee
branding, packaging and promotional
efforts for new Hospital lines of
service and products
Develop
and maintain responsibility for Hospital
graphic standards guidelines and style
guide
Develop
and administer marketing database, which
includes client and prospect
information, mailing list applications,
access to financial reports, etc.

Develop
and analyze statistical information for
quarterly reports to communicate
marketing and retention efforts to other
executives and directors
Oversee
Hospital's electronic marketing efforts
including supervision of corporate and
consumer Web sites, including design and
maintenance
Supervise
the planning and development of all
marketing and communications materials,
including management of printing
vendors, graphic designers, publishers,
web developers, agencies, mail houses,
and related business partners
Establish
and maintain contact with outside trade,
advertising and/or marketing groups to
remain current on innovations in
consumer loyalty and wellness
products/services
Advise
executive management as to strategic
implications and/or advantages of trends
and incorporates into strategic planning
process
Promote
positive relations with vendors,
partners and hospitals
Perform
other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Director of Marketing Hospitals Job
Prefer experience in health and
wellness operations, with knowledge
of hospital marketing, consumer
loyalty and/or wellness programs, a
plus
Strong record of success in customer
acquisition, retention and building
life time value
Ability to handle multiple and

Demonstrated leadership skills in
