Job Summary:
The
Director Marketing Public Relations will
be responsible for performing day-to-day
communications (internal and external),
marketing, public relations, and
community relations activities for the
Company.

The
Director Marketing Public Relations will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Organize
and create internal and external
communication and publications,
promotional materials, advertisements,
marketing material, news releases,
special events, community education, and
community relations programs and
activities
Develop
and implement an annual marketing and
communications plan for Company
Provide
public relations support and guidance to
all internal departments
Conduct
himself or herself at all time in a
manner that reflects positively on the
image of the Company
Coordinate and integrate services within
Company department(s) and with other
departments
Develop
and implement policies and procedures
that guide and support the provision of
services
Recommend
a sufficient number of qualified and
competent persons to provide services
and assure the qualifications and
competence of those staff members
Provide
orientation, in-service training, and
continuing education of all persons in
their department(s)
Continuously assess and improve
department's performance and maintain
appropriate quality control programs
Recommend
space and other resources needed by the
department and participate in selecting
outside resources needed by the
department(s).
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Director Marketing Public Relations Job
Sound
knowledge of communications theory
and practice
Strong writing background, with
substantial exposure to all aspects
of print communication (photography,
graphic arts, design, typography,
printing) advertising, special
events, media relations, community
education, and community/public
affairs
Strong interpersonal skills
Five
years experience in marketing,
journalism, communications,
marketing, public relations, or
related field.
