Job Summary:
The
Director Marketing Digital Media will
be responsible for planning and
execution of marketing and promotional
campaigns supporting Company primetime,
late night and daytime programming on
Company branded digital platforms.

The
Director Marketing Digital Media will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Develop
and lead implementation of digital
marketing plans to acquire and retain
audience; understand business unit
revenue and audience goals and build
marketing plans accordingly
-
Identify
and define appropriate business metrics
to evaluate effectiveness of marketing
plans, maximize revenue potential and
marketing ROI
-
Ideate
new approaches to drive digital
marketing initiatives; proactively
introduce avenues for growing results
-
Manage
advertising campaigns designed to drive
awareness of Company digital product
offerings as well as growth in site
traffic and new visitor acquisition,
including account strategy, media
planning/buying, creative development,
agency coordination, campaign tracking
and analysis
-
Manage
internal and external production,
technology and design resources to
develop interactive marketing units,
consumer promotions and marketing
materials
-
Implement
strategies aimed at audience acquisition
and retention through outbound
email/newsletter campaigns, mobile
sign-ups and online community-building
and registration opportunities
-
Plan and
measure impact with CRM and Marketing
Intelligence colleagues
-
Work
closely with Company marketing partners,
especially Entertainment Marketing,
Franchise Management and Publicity teams
-
Identify
opportunities to leverage activities for
the benefit of Company Digital key
metrics as well as offer avenues of
marketing digital support that assist
with network goals
-
Partner
with network and digital media publicity
teams to ensure timely and focused
communications plans are implemented for
trade and consumer press
-
Liaise
with Affiliate Sales & Marketing teams
to execute promotional plans that
support content distribution deals and
revenue goals
-
Integrate
solutions developed by Integrated
Marketing and Digital Sales teams
related to creative elements of
sponsorships and promotions
-
Ensure
marketing projects are completed on time
and within budget.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

8-10
years experience in digital
marketing, with a strong track of
driving results in key performance
metrics

Advanced knowledge of technical
marketing tools and resources

Understanding of media and
experience working in creative
arenas

Strong teamwork orientation; ability
to drive results within a matrix
environment

Proactive and approach to problem
solving, efficiency and
effectiveness strategy tactics
