Job Summary:
The
Director Integrated Marketing will
be responsible for developing and
executing communication strategies to
drive lifetime financial engagement with
Company customer segments. He/She will
work closely with the VP, Integrated
Marketing to ensure flawless execution
of the communication strategies through
fully integrated marketing campaigns.
The
Director Integrated Marketing will work
closely with Customer Relationship
Management, Product, Workplace
Marketing, CKC, FCA, Market Insights,
Brand Marketing and Corporate
Communications to enable PWI goals. The
Director has primary responsibility for
managing Company's promotional
investment in this audience and ensuring
an appropriate return through budget
allocation and strong campaign results.

Director Integrated Marketing will perform

Develop
integrated communications plans for
customer segment and oversee execution
to drive business results based on
knowledge of customer segment needs,
strong collaboration with Segment and
Product partners, and shared goal
accountability

Define
target audiences within segments
-
Develop
and execute messaging strategies to grow
and secure customer base, establishing
effective targeting strategies to
maximize revenue impact of
communications
-
Establish
clear metrics for success, as well as
learning agendas to measure marketing
effectiveness and continually
refine/optimize.

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Director Integrated Marketing Job
-
BS
and a minimum of 8-10 years of
financial services marketing
communications experience, or MBA
with 5-7 years total financial
services marketing communications
experience.
