Job Summary:
The
Director Brand Marketing &
Communications will be responsible for
leading the development of Company brand
strategy, creative, execution of
programs that support and drive
awareness, digital marketing (SEM, SEO)
knowledge and experience, consideration
and overall business growth.
He/She will drive revenue by increasing
brand presence and value through
innovative and creative programs and
visibility initiatives. The
Director Brand Marketing &
Communications will also play a key role
in articulating and differentiating the
brand, and be responsible for developing
a core marketing plan outlining key
priorities, strategies, go-to-market
principles, and metrics.

The Director
Brand Marketing & Communications will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Determine creative and innovative
ways to articulate brand and key
value propositions
-
Find
innovative and breakthrough ways to
positively impact and differentiate
our brand to advertisers
-
Develop messaging that communicates
the brand’s positioning and help
support the achievement of revenue
goals
-
Identify and communicate key points
to support positioning
-
Utilize SEM, CPC, SEO, and social
strategies to achieve increased
brand awareness
-
Create annual brand marketing
strategy and plan including tactics,
creative, and metrics
-
Translate marketing strategy into
unique and impactful programs -
across a wide range of tactics
including advertising, promotions,
partnerships, and sponsorships
(print, online, experiential) - to
build and maintain the brand
-
Oversee and direct various agencies
and drive creative strategy and
process
-
Utilize market data and competitive
intelligence to identify new
opportunities and adapt current
initiatives
-
Work
closely with Sales, Sales
Development and expand the size of
Company marketing team to ensure
successful roll-out brand
positioning with a consistent
message.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Communications Job

Strong experience in positioning
brands and developing, executing,
and measuring integrated marketing
programs and creative
-
Deep
understanding of strategic marketing
and a proven ability to create and
own a marketing strategy – from
concept to creation to execution –
while working collaboratively across
multiple departments
-
Prior
brand building and positioning
experience
-
Desire to work in a fast-paced
start-up type environment
-
12
plus years marketing management
experience
-
Ability to bring an understanding of
how to position brands and utilize
research to solidify Company
presence both online/ offline
-
Knowledge of customer/advertiser
needs to create programs, messaging,
and opportunities for Company to
market to various publishers and
affiliate marketing sources.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
