The
Database Marketing Analyst will
collaborate with marketing Strategists
to gather marketing campaign
requirements and information; design,
target, and develop marketing mail
lists; and will advise strategists on
the implementation and execution of
integrated marketing campaigns. He/She
will support multiple teams in targeting
selected customers and criteria-based
prospects.

Database Marketing Analyst will perform

Use
effective campaign management tools
to assist in increasing the number
of active customers, customer
frequency and spend, and maximizing
advertising campaign response rates
and overall ROI through effective
customer segmentation, predictive
modeling, and prospect lists
Build, conduct, and report on
recurring and ad hoc campaign
analysis
Provide insights and recommendations
for improved campaign execution to
the marketing strategy teams
Aid
in monitoring and evaluating key
customer/marketing trends; ensuring
proper adherence to customer
interaction business rules and
permission-based marketing
standards; and in identifying
further business and customer
requirements in order to meet
current and future Company marketing
needs.

years professional work experience
with at least 4 years experience in
campaign management, database
analysis, customer relationship
management or marketing analysis
Experience with campaign management
tools such as Unica Campaign or
Epiphany is preferred
Strong understanding of Business
Objects, Cognos, Oracle, SQL, SPSS
or SAS is a plus
Spreadsheet and database software
proficiency (Excel, Access, etc.)
Ability to relate to both technical
and non-technical personnel; adapt
to new systems/technology; translate
analytical data into recommendations
for revenue gains and/or expense
reduction
Proven problem solving, analytical,
and strategic thinking skills
