Job Summary:
The
Consumer Relationship Marketing Director
will be responsible for growing sales of
Company consumer products by planning
and executing integrated CRM strategies
and tactics across Company lines of
business and in collaboration with key
Company retailers and licensees.

The
Consumer Relationship Marketing Director will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Turning
key Company growth objectives into
business-building CRM initiatives
-
Set the
marketing objectives and calendar of
priorities for all Company activities
-
Identify
Company’s customer data collection needs
and driving initiatives to capture the
data
-
Forge
effective relationships with key
business partners –LOBs, licensees,
creative agencies to plan and execute
CRM initiatives
-
Establish
business criteria and ROI parameters and
measurements
-
Partner
with Company Digital and Social Media to
create full and robust communication
integration
-
Develop
annual plan for loyalty programs and
direct marketing campaigns that span all
Company categories inclusive of
strategic input from Corporate CRM,
Company lines of business, Sales,
Franchise Marketing, and synergy
-
Outline
programs/benefits/initiatives that
resonate with customers
-
Ensure
consumer engagement programs reflect the
priorities of Company and it's third
party partners as applicable
-
Deliver
CRM value (financial and brand) to
Company
-
Develop,
execute, and manage annual marketing
plan
-
Lead
creative development to improve and
optimize: Content strategy and Messaging
strategy
-
Create
and implement CRM tools and toolkits
-
Define
and develop lists for targeting,
prospecting and mining databases
-
Establish
repeatable processes to execute
Company’s CRM campaigns. Train others at
Company on these processes
-
Develop
and manage budgets
-
Manage,
engage, and measure performance of
outside agencies to pre-set objectives
and budgets
-
Lead and
manage marketing projects requiring
cross-functional involvement and
coordinate.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Consumer Relationship Marketing
Director Job
-
7+
years of work experience with at
least 4+ years experience in:
Digital marketing including website
development, search and online
marketing, Direct marketing
including targeted mail, email and
mobile marketing, CRM including
management of ongoing loyalty
marketing initiatives such as
rewards or best customer programs
-
Experience in
core
consumer segmentation and insights
including consumer research and data
analytics
Experience in effective consumer
communication including creative
strategy and messaging
Proven success of strong leadership,
creativity & innovation, and
priority-setting
Negotiation and partner management
skills
Experience interfacing effectively
with multiple levels of management,
ranging from senior executives to
line managers
Strong, proven cross functional
leadership skills, including
experience managing complex projects
and integrating new initiatives
across an organization
Excellent written and oral
communication skills and negotiation
skills – particularly within large
organizations
Self
motivated, results driven with
excellent attention to detail
Leadership and team management
experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Consumer Relationship Marketing Director Job
