The
Consultant-Marketing
will be responsible for managing and
developing Business & Government base
campaigns/programs/projects/tools.

The
Consultant-Marketing will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Manage campaign loads
-
Communicate to channel contacts
-
Create ad hoc reporting
-
Review system enterprise change
releases for Area impacts Direct
Mail/Email Campaign Management
-
Determine customer target criteria
-
Perform data validation
-
Provide creative direction with
input from stakeholders
-
Liaison with operational teams to
develop processes
-
Review Area campaign reporting to
make strategic campaign adjustments
and continuously improve results
-
Perform Right Pricing, Products and
Business Solutions delivered to
business and government SPOC’s
-
Perform
Churn & loyalty channel liaison
Campaign communications – maintain
campaign calendar and communicate
via meetings, documented campaign
hot sheets, and OST updates
Participate in weekly touch base
meetings and call calibrations to
drive adherence to strategic goals
Create campaign reporting specific
to channel outbound campaigns
Gather insight and feedback from
channel for campaign improvement
(process, target, etc.)
Develop and Support Business Account
Analysis (BAA) tool, and Opportunity
Reporting (BOR and ORB)
Review front line feedback and drive
enhancements to BAA tools
Troubleshoot tools to analyze errors
and root out underlying data issues,
escalating as necessary via QC
ticket process and/or direct
interaction with HQ
Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
on tool refreshes and enhancements
Complete weekly campaign status
updates and final campaign results
to Area and Region senior leadership
Monitor tickets/escalations and
provide communications to field
Participate in training to tools to
channels and drive tool
usage/knowledge
Manage and drive strategy for
Business CMO
Create and develop overall campaign
strategy from conception to results
Manage inbound/outbound call volume
to ensure effective team utilization
Conduct quarterly reviews and
recommendations with Business CMO
leadership
Conduct team focus groups with
Business CMO teams
Manage Retail, Indirect and regional
business campaign strategy and
requests
Maintain
understanding of all current/planned
campaigns
Compare incoming requests to
current/planned campaigns to provide
feedback or develop coordination
Compile and deliver PowerPoint
presentations that summarize Area
KPIs, Company teams’ CRM strategy,
tactical initiatives, program
results, etc; deliver to internal
VZW Marketing teams, the expanded
Marketing and Sales Ops
organization, leadership team(s),
etc.
Interpret need for and develop
additional communication
touch-points (My BSCNews, M&SO, B2B
N2K, InfoManager OST, etc.)
Develop campaign profile –
succinctly summarize segment
specific campaign details
Coordinate updates – in partnership
with database marketing team, align
communications with data segments
and campaign timing Product and
Promotion launches
Participate in Area meetings to
determine business communication and
campaign needs to support effort
Participate in core team with HQ and
other Areas to drive and implement
West loyalty strategy and best
practices
Contribute new, innovative ideas for
meeting aggressive Key Performance
Indicators related to churn
reduction, revenue accretion, device
upgrade rates, smartphone take
rates, growth, etc.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Consultant-Marketing Job

5-7
years experience in a professional
level Marketing Program/Product
management or equivalent experience

Understanding and knowledge of
business segment
communications/contact strategy
utilizing multiple channels
-
Experience in leading
projects/programs with ability to
manage and motivate cross functional
teams
-
Experience in strategy development,
program management and
implementation
-
Ability to balance multiple projects
and priorities in a high-paced
environment
-
Strong organizational,
interpersonal, analytical,
presentation, oral and written
communications skills

Demonstrated ability to meet
deadlines, complete important time
sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to
last minute changes and manage
multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
