Job Summary:
The
Channel Marketing – Senior Advisor
will be responsible for leading the
marketing efforts for the Channel
segment for Company, one of the fastest
growing market segments in small &
medium business worldwide. Reporting to
the Director of Marketing, He/She will
be responsible for driving acquisition
of new channel partners, as well as
leveraging research and insights to
deepen relationships and Statement of
Work with existing customers. The
Channel Marketing – Senior Advisor will
also support marketing efforts through
Company channel partners to their end
user customers, through scalable
marketing programs and support
structure.Job
Description:
The
Channel Marketing – Senior Advisor will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Manage Channel programs for small &
medium business (SMB)
-
Provide overall program management
of channel programs that impact
partners in SMB
-
Develop project plans/schedules,
define project execution
requirements, manage communications
and report project status
-
Define and execute Channel programs,
including incentives, rebate
program, events, sales engagement
and marketing programs
-
Serve
as the go-to marketing resource for
the field sales force when it comes
to partner marketing and supporting
partners
-
Coordinate projects through various
communications, data collection and
analysis
-
Team
with business partners in Channel &
Country Sales, Channel Operations
and Finance, to manage channel
programs and evolve to sustainable
programs.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Channel Marketing – Senior Advisor Job
-
8 to
10 years of professional experience
in B2B Sales with Program Management
or Project Management experience;
Channel Experience is a strong asset
-
Experience leading large scale
projects across multiple locations;
Business Process Improvement Green
belt or higher is preferred
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
suite of products including Excel,
Word and PowerPoint
-
Ability to multi-task and manage
both tactical and strategic work
streams relating to the area of
responsibility
-
Advanced organization, analytical,
problem solving, negotiation and
planning skills
-
Ability to prioritize with strong
initiative and delegation skills
-
Proven communication skills, both
written and verbal
-
Demonstrated ability to effectively
lead a cross functional project team

Independently to determine methods
and procedures on new or special
assignments

Strong drive for results

business and financial acumen
Ability to summarize and present
