Job Summary:
The
Channel Marketing Manager
will work closely with external and
internal partners to assure the right
customer expectations are set and
consistently delivered across the ‘shop,
buy and use’ experience. He/She will
also identify and develop new
capabilities as needed to predict and
address future marketplace
opportunities.

The
Channel Marketing Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Responsible for supporting 2 or more
offerings (Payments & Payroll)
multi-channel
-
Drive
understanding of the key levers that
grow the business and know how to
pull each lever to drive growth
-
Help
manage day to day business by using
analytics drive to root cause(s) for
performance gaps (and successes)
within channels; work channel teams
to assess solutions to close gap (or
accelerate success)

Assist with the revenue and channel
sales forecasting process
-
Identify risks and assess
appropriate contingency plans; help
teams respond to unexpected change
-
Create and implement experiments to
identify growth opportunities /
channel effectives; in testing,
exhibit strong operational rigor,
establish hypotheses and clear
measures

Create strong processes and
demonstrate effective project
management skills to drive execution
cross-functionally
-
Understand the customers pain points
and product benefits
-
Connect into channel listening posts
to understand VOC/VOE
-
Assist with competitive benchmarking
and data collection as needing.
