Brand Marketing Manager Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Brand Marketing Manager will serve as the focal point, responsible for bringing all the Brand, Marketing and Sales teams together, as needed, to achieve branding and marketing objectives for the group.

Job Description:

The Brand Marketing Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Provide leadership in bringing together the Global Brand Teams, the Brand and Communications Team, and the Marketing Sector Teams, to ensure a clear link between Brand Manager’s Brand Strategy and CVPs, SP&A Funding, and the ultimate execution of the Brand Plan

  • Monitor and report out to stakeholders on a monthly basis concerning the health of the key brands

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team leads and the Global Brand Managers any needed corrective action plans

  • Lead the annual Brand & Sector planning process. This will involve working closely with the Marketing Planning Manager, the Global Brand Managers, and the other Marketing Team Leads

  • Responsible for the overall execution of the North America Brand Plan, which will evolve tracking execution plans by the Sector Team leads and the Manager of the Brand and Communication Team and regular communications with key stakeholders

  • Represent North America Marketing at Global Brand Team meetings including CVP development workshops, product development workshops

  • Facilitate organization learning through reporting marketing effectiveness and business results

  • Work with Global Brand Managers to create a new product pipeline ensuring future product growth opportunities.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Brand Marketing Manager Job

  • Ten (10) or more years of Brand management understanding and experience
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Experience launching new products
  • Experience with project management
  • Highly analytical, external mindset, strategic thinker, big picture oriented, self starter, and an independent worker
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations across the organization, at all levels
  • Proficient with MS office products including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Brand Marketing Manager Job

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
