Job Summary:
The
Associate Director Marketing – Metrics &
Analytics will be
responsible for leading the successful
reporting and analysis of all Internet
Sales and Operations sales and service
Consumer and Business impacting
initiatives. He/She will be the lead
point-of-contact to ensure successful
implementation of all web report tagging
for both minor and major website
launches. The Associate Director will
ensure that successful sign–off on UAT
site tagging approach is received, areas
are aligned, and that the overall UAT
strategy & prioritization meets the
needs of Company channels, customers,
and reps.

The
Associate Director Marketing – Metrics &
Analytics will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Manage an organization of (4)
Managers and (3) Consultants. The
team is responsible for all Internet
Sales and Operations metrics and
targets; as well as to use of and
verification of data within EIS, ETM,
Vision and the Data Warehouse, as it
pertains to the Online channel data
-
Effectively partner with Verizon
Wireless Data Warehouse team to lead
Omniture SiteCatalyst data mapping
and metrics integrity
-
Ensure SiteCatalyst data history is
preserved for at least 12 months
within the data warehouse
repository; push to keep historical
data longer than established period
-
Lead
the team in comprehending and
leveraging the Verizon Wireless BIS
and VZWDB dashboards
-
Collaborate with IT and metric group
partners to align cross-team metrics
-
Direct the consumption and accuracy
of 85+ reports on Web Reports;
ensuring timely updating of data, as
well as data integrity/accuracy
-
Steer
team on the development of new
reporting and consolidation of
existing ones
-
Ensure that reporting exceeds
customer and executive expectations
-
Develop team of Subject Matter
Experts on Sitecatalyst
functionality, as well as all data
accessible via Web Reports and major
dashboards
-
Lead
metrics partnerships with ISO
operations and marketing teams on
overall project portfolio and
management of key assignments &
testing needs
-
Proactively identify ISO “big
picture” impacts to the channels
leads & engage team and align
resources as needed to support
closing testing requirements &
implementation needs
-
Effectively communicate any
limitations to reporting impacted by
open coding/testing issues
-
Responsible for HQ Sign Off upon
successful UAT Sitecatalyst
completion for every UAT cycle/
release
-
Lead
reporting lifecycle management
including scheduling, project
assignment, and project planning for
all customer requests
-
Provide team timely direction,
standards & review of all incoming
requests
-
Strategize & ensure to completion,
the major milestones and project
deliverables for all customer driven
metrics sitecatalyst tagging
requests
-
Develop
strong relationship with all ISO
operations and marketing teams, as
well as the four Area Sales Teams;
communicating priorities, timelines,
and ensuring that channel impacts
are outlined & identified
Responsible for Executive level
readouts on weekly consumer and
business sales calls, as well as new
key product or site experience
launches
Responsible for the Development of 4
Managers and 3 Consultants,
increasing system knowledge, driving
accountability and building
redundancy; coaching and mentoring
employees for continued career
progression.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years of experience in related field

Excellent organizational and time
management skills

Internet Operations or related
metrics support experience

Thorough understanding of VzW
Programs, Products, Policies, and
Procedures

Expert knowledge of VZW Data
Warehouse and Omniture SiteCatalyst/HBX/Hitbox
-
Strong verbal and written
communication skills

skills

Ability to work under pressure, on
multiple assignments, with strong

Minimum Education Requirements /
