Job Summary:
The
Associate Director Creative Marketing -
Telecommunications will be
responsible for developing Company
advanced advertising business across the
leading telecommunications company's
mobile, online and TV platforms. He/She
will lead creative marketing for Company's Adworks division with the goal of
raising awareness with Fortune 500
marketers and building multiplatform
advertising business.

The
Associate Director Creative Marketing -
Telecommunications will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
In
conjunction with senior leadership
team, lead marketing strategy and
positioning for Company ad products (tv,
mobile & online) to media buyers and
the larger advertising community
-
Develop ad sales materials
including presentations, one-sheets,
reels, etc.
-
Manage concept and design
development of creative work, both
graphic and writing
-
Write and/or approve copy for sales
materials
-
Create and consistently update
design and copy of Powerpoint
presentations utilized throughout
the organization
-
Lead the creative strategy,
concepting and development of
website, display ads, search and
mobile site in conjunction with an
agency
-
Oversee design and development
(in-house or with outside partners)
of trade print ads, event signage
and additional materials as needed
-
Maintain strong competitive
intelligence, staying aware of
innovative and effective marketing
tactics
-
Supervise and train a marketing
manager.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Significant experience with Adobe
Creative Suite and strong powerpoint
skills

Prior experience in a television
network or digital publishing a plus

Proven strong project management and
problem solving skills including
organization and attention to
details in a fast-paced, deadline
oriented environment

Strong creative writer

Ability to establish and meet deadlines
and establish clear priorities

Strong track record with ideation &
execution of successful creative
marketing

understanding of the digital media
industry including mobile, TV,

the unique selling proposition of
Company ad products into high impact
sales decks.

Certification / Licensure For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with
6-8 years of professional experience
in marketing and/or digital media.
