Job Summary:
The
IT Product Manager - Marketing will be
responsible for leading the design,
implementation and roadmap of Company
Sales and Marketing solutions. He/She
will be working with cross functional
teams to identify business needs, drive
the implementation of key business
solutions across multiple enterprise
applications and business processes.
The
IT Product Manager - Marketing will be
responsible for partnering with business
teams to drive process change, identify
and manage priorities and develop
ongoing engagement models.

will perform

Actively
engage with business partners to assess
business needs, strategy and deliver
scalable solutions

Responsible for modeling business
processes, evaluating technology options
and identifying opportunities for
process redesign and optimization
required to realize the benefits of the
solutions

Identify
and pro-actively manage cross-system
technical and business dependencies that
impact project outcomes

Define
solution roadmaps that for end to end
process flows that balance short term
priorities with long term strategy

Contribute to thought leadership and
influence the alignment of IT and
business strategy.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For IT Product Manager - Marketing Job

8+
years of Information technology
experience with 3+ years of
implementing enterprise
applications/solutions especially
around CRM and e-Commerce
-
Strong background in business
process analysis, requirements and
detailed functional design
-
Demonstrated experience in analyzing
process flows across multiple
enterprise systems to recommend
solution roadmaps
-
Prior
experience working with
Software-as-a-Service(SaaS), web
based marketing (SEM, SEO), social
networking business models would be
a huge plus for this role

Strong team player with energy,
enthusiasm and detail orientation to
produce high quality deliverables in
a fast paced environment
-
Extensive experience working with
cross-functional business team with
ability to negotiate and influence
project outcomes is required for
this role

Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with ability to
present complex ideas in clear
concise fashion to technical and
non-technical audiences
-
Ability to multi-task across
concurrent projects.
