Site Manager - Teacher Effectiveness
Project will
be responsible for supporting school
leaders in hiring, evaluating,
developing and retaining effective
teachers.Job

The
Site Manager - Teacher Effectiveness
Project will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

The
Site Manager - Teacher Effectiveness
Project will work with
Superintendent, senior level
district leaders, principals,
assistant principals, and other
school leaders to improve use of
evaluation tools and systems -
Work
with senior district leaders to
establish and monitor metrics for
effective performance management at
the school level -
The
Site Manager - Teacher Effectiveness
Project will coach principals to
accurately assess levels of teacher
performance against the district
evaluation tool using student
performance and observation data -
Accompany principals, assistant
principals, and other school leaders
on classroom observations to norm
ratings of observed performance -
Track
and provide logistical support to
ensure that school leaders follow
observation and evaluation processes -
The
Site Manager - Teacher Effectiveness
Project will support principals to
effectively deliver feedback and
conduct performance conversations
with teachers -
Track
teacher development needs and the
delivery of professional development
to establish school and district
level patterns -
The
Site Manager - Teacher Effectiveness
Project will support principals to
establish and implement strategic
school staffing strategies.

background and a track record of

Strong instructional skill set with
at least two years K-12 teaching
experience (preferably in high-need
schools or with high-need
population)

principals and school leaders in
order to provide actionable advice
on developing teachers

Demonstrate experience motivating

their behaviors

analytical skills, including
experience working with qualitative
and quantitative teacher performance
data
