Site Manager Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing on-site facilities including, but not limited to, mail, copy, fax and other administrative services.  

Job Description:

The Site Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • The Site Manager will maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees

  • Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work

  • The Site Manager will ensure all work standards are met on a consistent basis

  • Manage the budget and controls expenses

  • The Site Manager will ensure all work standards are met on a consistent basis by site employees

  • Accurately prepare and distribute management reports to the client in a timely and consistent manner

  • The Site Manager will insure maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures

  • Develop new procedures to improve the operation of the sites and to lower operating costs

  • Manage, train and coach employees and develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction

  • The Site Manager will ensure the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Site Manager Job

  • The Site Manager should have one to four years relevant supervisory experience
  • He/She should possess knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings
  • The Site Manager should have knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees
  • Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers
  • He/She must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • The Site Manager must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • He/She must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Site Manager Job

  • High School Diploma. College a plus.
