Job Summary:
The
Site Manager will
be responsible for
the overall business operation and
service delivery for the Site. The Site
Manager will oversee and will be
accountable for Customer Service,
Dispatch, Quality Assurance, Staffing,
Training, and partners with Field
Supervisors in supporting the
Installation Technicians.
The
Site Manager will provide management
direction to ensure customers are
receiving quality service while
operating efficiently and profitably.
He/She will develop strategies to
achieve 100% customer and employee
satisfaction. Job

The
Site Manager will perform

description:

The
Site Manager will deliver financial and operational
results for site

Drive operational excellence

Complete up-to-date business
process documentation

The
Site Manager will identify, manage, and execute
process improvements that yield
efficiencies; meet or exceed
operational metrics

Ensure
operations are aligned with
Company's mission, vision, and
values

The
Site Manager will maintain and create a 90-day
rolling job calendar for the site

Supervise site operations and
personnel

Recognize, develop, and promote
talent within site

The
Site Manager will drive employee
satisfaction, retention and
promotions

The
Site Manager will be responsible for the
completion of staff development
plans and annual performance
reviews

He/She
will implement business improvement
plans, including customer
satisfaction and customer retention
strategies

Track daily, weekly, and monthly
volume/metrics
-
The
Site Manager will perform other duties as assigned.

working knowledge of CSG and/or
Siebel
He/She
must have desktop computer skills with proficiency in full
range of Microsoft Office products

Site Manager should be able to
work flexible and
extended hours as needed
Possess exceptionally strong
customer focus and a history of
successful operations leadership.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Site Manager Job

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience.
