Description:
The
Site Acquisition Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

The
Site Acquisition Manager will ensure
that all Service Providers are
adhering to established processes
and procedures -
Measure progress and look for
continuous improvement opportunities -
Coordinate activities with Service
Providers and any other disciplines -
The
Site Acquisition Manager will manage
all site acquisition activity
He/She will perform
site
File audit
Coordination of architects,
engineers and/or design services
The
Site Acquisition Manager will
evaluate engineering requirements
Coordinate and prepare submittal
documents
Coordinate all Landlord activities
and documents
The
Site Acquisition Manager will
monitor activities of the Service
Providers and ensure that contract
requirements, specifications and
milestones for Site Acquisition are
met
Problem solving encountered by the
Service Providers
The
Site Acquisition Manager will
ensure that the agreed
implementation schedules and
guidelines are followed and enforced
Prepare regular progress reports
Attend coordination and progress
meetings
The
Site Acquisition Manager will
maintain contact and good working
relationships with the Customer and
all disciplines involved in the
project
Manage project goals and objectives
Manage budgets.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years of experience in site
acquisition.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Site Acquisition Manager Job
