Job Summary:
The
Project Manager OnSite Support,
reporting to the Project Management
Office, will
be responsible for project managing the
opening or rebuilding of clinical work
sites and related healthcare technology
required for work sites.
He/She will have proven knowledge of
common project management methods and
tools as well as comfort applying PM
skills, tools, and methodologies to a
wide range of work activities, including
implementations, operations, IT, and
process design.

Description:
The
Project Manager OnSite Support will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
He/She
will be accountable for coordinating
resources from within the organization
to ensure successful client
implementations, including management
throughout the full project lifecycle
Ensure
that client sites are implemented in a
timely and high-quality manner that
exceeds client expectations, within
established budgetary constraints
The
Project Manager OnSite Support will be
responsible for work streams to develop
new services and programs to meet
client-specific needs
Facilitate the development and
implementation of detailed reports to
keep key stake holders up to date on
progress, issues and outcomes
The
Project Manager OnSite Support will
explore
and implement a variety of best
practices and standardized processes to
ensure operational efficiency and
scalability
Demonstrate professional communication
skills when interacting on behalf of
Take Care Health Systems
The
Project Manager OnSite Support will
consult
on critical elements relative to the
Request for Proposal process and
participate in the presentation process
as required
He/She
will
assist
the Senior Project Manager of
Implementation Services as requested.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Project Manager OnSite Support Job
-
The
Project Manager OnSite Support should
have prior business development
experience -
Experience with project management
applications (i.e. Microsoft Project,
Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite 2007) -
Experience communicating directly with
clients at senior level is preferred -
The
Project Manager OnSite Support should
have experience overseeing the opening
or rebuilding of clinical work sites
(ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient
facilities, emergency rooms, “minute
clinic” centers, dialysis centers) a
huge plus! -
He/She
should have the ability to coordinate
external vendors, personnel from
multiple lines of service and
information technology systems resources -
The
Project Manager OnSite Support must
possess the ability to work with
multiple personality types to facilitate
cooperation -
Ability
to lead and facilitate concurrent
projects -
Proven
knowledge of common project management
methods and tools -
The
Project Manager OnSite Support should be
able to maximize productivity through
proven leadership -
Create a
collaborative consultative work
environment -
Demonstrate proven ability to launch and
implement processes -
The
Project Manager OnSite Support must have
good time management skills -
He/She
must have the ability to interface with
all levels of management -
Ability
to assess corporate political situations
and relationships, and respond
appropriately -
The
Project Manager OnSite Support must have
proven
knowledge of common project management
methods and tools -
Excellent
oral and written communication skills,
including meeting facilitation,
agenda/minutes creation, action plans,
lessons learned, and other
communications -
The
Project Manager OnSite Support must be
seasoned professional with a minimum of
5 years business experience which
includes a minimum of 2 years project
management experience leading complex,
highly-visible, client-facing projects
to implement services or applications -
He/She
must have experience managing successful
projects that include both operations
and information technology personnel.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Project
Manager OnSite Support Job

Bachelor’s degree in a business or
healthcare discipline is preferred,
or proven work years equivalent
-
Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is preferred, or
willingness to become certified.
