Job Summary:
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst will be
responsible for
providing business process and technology
solutions to drive greater effectiveness
in the Legal Department. He/She will collaborate
with members of the Legal Department to
transform the delivery of legal services
to Company.
The Program Manager & Senior Analyst
will effectively leverage technology to
provide actionable legal management
reporting and metrics, increase
operational efficiency, and maintain an
effective cost containment program.
He/She will
continually strengthen
Company information
security, business contingency and
records management programs to ensure
that Company maintain continuous, safe, and
secure business operations.

Description:
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
He/She will manage all Legal Program staff
Use influence skills and leadership to
establish an efficient and effective
Legal Program Office
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst
will
define and prioritize the components of
the Legal Program Office
Design a
communication program to build
confidence in senior management for the
program
He/She will
apply advanced knowledge of concepts,
theories, and practices of professional/
technical program management
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst
will
use good business and technical
judgment, set the multi-year roadmap for
Legal Technology
Act as a relationship manager in
representing Company to outside vendor,
client, or customer by negotiating
contracts and service level agreements,
and ensuring all service requirements
are delivered
Translate business solutions into
realistic technology and workforce
estimates and supporting associated ROI
and cost benefit analyses
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst
will
allocate staff and budget resources as
needed to achieve the objectives of one
or more projects, any of which could
span multiple areas and business
functions
Participate in strategic financial
planning for operational or functional
activities for assigned
projects/programs
Communicate effectively with the Legal
organization and the Legal Technology
teams
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst
will
provide analysis leadership on several
complex business problems and
applications
Document requirements clearly and
completely in language suitable for the
Legal population and the technical
development or support organization
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst
will create diagram and document business procedures
and workflows
Evaluate and recommend changes to an
existing application or process,
including data design
He/She will perform
vendor management with a focus on Vendor
Security Risk Assessment and tracking in
Archer.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Program Manager & Senior
Analyst Job

The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst
should possess ten to fifteen years of experience
-
Prior Fidelity experience preferred
-
He/She should be skilled with FSDM, Agile or other
development methodology
-
The
Program Manager & Senior Analyst
should have experience with Open Text Document
Management, Electronic Bill Payment and
Legal eDiscovery
-
PMP certification desired.
