The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful Information Technology (IT) transition of the Organization's AirForce base project and the subsequent delivery of all services of the program to include systems administration, network engineering, VTC, systems engineering, information assurance, configuration management, helpdesk, training, technical control, and telephone support.

The Program Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• The Program Manager will manage and coordinate overall information technology project plans, budgets, organizational structures, schedules and deliverables, and staffing requirements

• Accountable for leadership of daily operations, assignments, milestones, customer relationship management, and profit and loss.  

• The Program Manager should have 7-10 years Program Management experience and overall project / program management experience
• He/She should understand the network support environment and communications infrastructure at the Organization's AirForce base
• Understand overall AirForce communications infrastructure
• The Program Manager should possess knowledge, skills and abilities to serve as senior manager responsible for program planning in support of strategic transition
• Knowledge and ability to manage a program responsible for transition and management of US Air Force IT resources, including video teleconference
• The Program Manager should have experience managing senior level customer relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with transition planning and execution
• The Program Manager must demonstrate strengths in organizational skills required in selecting, motivating and developing support staff
• Strong conflict resolution skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology discipline
• MBA preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation in IT
• Service Management Certification.
