• The Program Manager will oversee the development and presentation of training courses and course materials

• Define Customer specific spares, FSRs, facilities and equipment and manage the delivery of spares, FSRs, facilities and equipment to specific program schedules

• The Program Manager will manage and control government furnished equipment, materials and facilities

• Manage all field technical support activities

• Increase MRO business base through identification of solutions to Customers to improve overall system readiness and sustainment

• The Program Manager will support RFP response efforts in the area of MRO

• Provide field failure reports to support FRACAS efforts

• The Program Manager will develop customer relationships and fostering co-operation between multiple foreign, domestic and civilian customer communities

• He/She will demonstrate the use of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools within the business.   

• The Program Manager should demonstrate the use of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools within the business
• Must be able to support RFP response efforts in the area of MRO
• 10 years of program management experience successfully delivering technically based advance systems (preferably electro-optic) to defense organizations
• The Program Manager should have 5+ years of managing after market services in a defense environment
• Excellent skills in developing customer relationships and fostering co-operation between multiple foreign, domestic and civilian customer communities
• The Program Manager must have excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to support approximately 30% foreign and domestic travel
• The Program Manager should be experienced working with the DLA.
