safety, equipment, materials, projects,
priorities and workmanship -
He/She
will support and enhance the partnership
and communication between the
departments to ensure products are
created using the most effective and
efficient means possible.

The
Production Manager Jewelry will be an
experienced shop leader, someone who
actively educates and elevates the team
ensuring they are technical experts in
model making, wax-making, casting and
metal fabrication

He/She
must have model-making experience in
both wax and metal, from casting and
silversmith (oxidation levels, finished
pieces etc.) to technical experience in
mechanisms, catches and closures

The
Production Manager Jewelry should be
highly effective at meeting production
schedules and priorities and proficient
with PCs, electronic logging systems and
email communications
-
He/She
must have a proven background developing
employees and team in processes,
techniques, workmanship and safety.
