Job Summary:
The
Product Manager will be
responsible for supporting analysis and
evaluation of new business concepts
through the Product Lifecycle process
with Product Managers.Job
Description:
The
Product Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
The
Product Manager will work with the
Line of Business and the Product
Managers to develop product plans
and product strategy for their areas
which would include implementation,
marketing and sales detail;
recommendations may include closure,
merger and/or restructuring of
existing products or new product
development -
Lead
product lifecycle practice
improvements coordinating across
Enterprise businesses -
Support overall development, launch,
and integration of new products
through Launch Readiness Process -
The
Product Manager will help coordinate
New Product Dashboards across
Enterprise businesses -
Perform related duties, as assigned -
Mentor and coach product mangers
through product lifecycle -
The
Product Manager will partner with
the line of business and Senior
Management to develop product
development & product management
strategies.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Product Manager Job
-
The
Product Manager should have experience
with institutional and retail retirement
markets
-
He/She
should have understanding of new product
development, marketing, sales &
distribution strategies
-
Possess
strong relationship management skills
-
The
Product Manager should demonstrate
ability to analyze, identify gaps and
improve business processes
-
Possess 5
to 8 years of product development,
product management, or related financial
services experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Product Manager Job

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
combination of education and work
experience

MBA
strongly preferred.
