Job Summary:
The
Product Manager will be
responsible for ensuring achievement of
strategic revenue objectives for
enterprise cloud solutions. He/She will
research market trends and needs,
articulate results in the form of
product requirements
The
Product Manager will play proactive role
in product planning and design to ensure
the product is differentiated from
competitors in the marketplace. He/She
will develop marketing collateral, sales
training content and other materials as
needed.
The
Product Manager will manage successful
product launch initiatives and programs
and will be involved throughout the
entire lifecycle of the assigned
product, working closely with
development teams from product
initiation to delivery and eventual
product retirement.Job

The
Product Manager IV will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

The
Product Manager will have overall
leadership for the Enterprise Cloud
product line (multiple products) for the
Hybrid Cloud Solutions team -
Support
prioritization of requirements across
product line(s) -
Provide
strategic leadership and tactical
delivery on projects while collaborating
with sales, support, operations, and
customers -
The
Product Manager will provide direction
to the analysts, engineers, and/or
project managers reporting to him or her -
Provide
input to project manager on resource
negotiation, managing workload, and
setting schedule -
The
Product Manager will be expected to
mentor and coach other team members -
Understand and ensure goals are met
within the group or department -
Independently resolve issues -
The
Product Manager will bring high
contribution to product line strategy as
well as individual product -
May
provide lower tactical contribution (if
PA available) -
May have
direct/indirect management of
teams/personnel -
Develop
product line strategies and is involved
in cross domain strategy creation -
The
Product Manager will contribute to or
lead cross-functional initiatives as
needed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Product Manager IV Job

The
Product Manager should have broad
knowledge of customer requirements and
market for Virtualization, Private
Cloud, and Hosting solutions

Possess
extensive understanding of business as
it relates to virtualization
technologies and cloud computing
-
Possess
expert knowledge of product development
life cycle (relevant experience in all
phases)
-
The
Product Manager should have typically a
minimum of 6+ years related experience
(technology and product management)
-
Possess
previous management/leadership
experience
-
He/She
must have proven ability to manage
portfolio of projects
-
The
Product Manager must have the ability to
manage multiple products simultaneously.

Bachelor's Degree

MS in
technology or MBA preferred.
