Job Summary:
The
Office Manager, reporting to the
regional office operations leader, will
be responsible for
office operations activities of the
office. He/She will provide leadership
and manage the office operations team
consisting of one person.
He/She
will perform front office
administration, mail and production
services, file management, tax
processing, conference and meeting
planning, day-to-day facility
management, and administrative support
covering a wide range of services.Job

Office Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

The
Office Manager will lead and manage
the operations team including formal
coaching, career development,
performance management, and
scheduling of work to create vision,
establish goals, and team
development
He/She will continuously assess
operations staffing and skill needs,
and services provided to Company's
clients
The
Office Manager will
be
responsible for implementation of
Company policies, standards and
compliance at the facility level
Participate in daily tasks and share
responsibility with other
administrative team members to
complete projects as needed
Serve
as liaison between executives and
other client service professionals
to better understand business unit
service support needs, and develop
operations support plan for
department based on needs
The
Office Manager will
manage the annual budgeting process
(operating and capital), salary
adjustments and success sharing
bonus process and promotion process
for the local office operations
services team, working in
collaboration with regional manager
to ensure consistency within the
office and across the firm
Responsible for coding of purchase
card transactions and petty cash
reconciliation as well as accounts
payable approvals for the facility
The
Office Manager will
partner with the Company Real Estate
Team in relation to office
expansion, space improvements and
design, space utilization reporting
and safety and security
Oversee day-to-day facility
operations working with building
management and managing vendor
relations
The
Office Manager will be
responsible for business planning
and strategic office initiatives
He/She will be
member of various local office
committees focused on employee
welfare
Manage local office new hire
orientation, new hire planning, set
up and exit process
The
Office Manager will perform
conflict resolution.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Office Manager Job
-
The
Office Manager should have five or
more years of experience as an
office manager; preferably in
professional services and/or
consulting firm environment
-
Strong technical skills (i.e.,
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
web-based applications, etc.)
-
Knowledge of financial and
accounting terminology
-
The
Office Manager should have
experience in leadership and people
services skills with focus on
coaching, recognition, team
building, performance management and
managing performance issues
-
Ability to build strong working
relationships at all levels,
internal and/or external to the
organization
-
Strong written and oral
communications skills
-
The
Office Manager should possess
strategic awareness and planning
abilities
-
Ability to understand and strictly
adhere to the quality standards and
procedures established by Company,
including brand standards and
guidelines

Ability to perform in unique and
