Job Summary:
The
Manager Contact Channel will be
responsible for developing financial
products and services that drive sales
and sustain outstanding profitability.
He/She will also help strengthen
Company's relationships with millions of
guests and store team members by
providing a fast, fun and friendly
contact experience.
He/She
will take a role by driving channel
strategies for Company credit, retail
and team member contact centers with a
focus on developing and supporting the
evolving multi-media channels, including
social media, live chat, phone, online
account management, mobile and more.
Job
Description:
The
Manager Contact Channel will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Partner
cross-functionally to determine how FRS
Multi Media strategies support the
company-wide Social Media plans, and
influence, advise, and adjust
accordingly
-
Lead the
development of a vision, strategy &
roadmap for individual and multi
channel, by focusing on innovation and
guest centric strategies and by
partnering with key business partners to
set channel priorities/projects
-
Develop
and produce cohesive presentations and
map guest experience to sell concepts to
key partners and senior level leaders
-
Gather
and synthesize guest, competitive and
industry insight to inform future
strategic planning

Identify
channel measures of success and work
with partners to determine appropriate
measurement, reporting & analytics
plans; leverage this information to
guide future enhancements

Engage
and inspire direct reports to accomplish
goals and objectives
-
Provide
direction, feedback and support while
empowering the team member and
developing individuals for continued
growth.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Manager Contact Channel Job

8 years
experience leadership, channel
planning/management or project
management

Ability
to influence others, while collaborating
and building partnerships

Strong
critical thinking, analytic and creative
problem solving

level of initiative with the ability to
