Job Summary:
The
Manager Business Management, reporting
to the Director, Business Management of
the Training Solutions Division (TSD), will be
responsible for all business management
activities within the Company Business
Unit, TSD, of the Technical Services
Sector. This includes financial
reporting, planning and forecasting,
cash management, monitoring program
performance and risk mitigation,
participation in new business efforts
and strategy and indirect rate
management. Additional key duties
include the hiring, training, and
development of staff.

The
Manager Business Management will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Lead a
geographically dispersed staff of
Business Management professionals at
both government and contractor sites
across the country
-
Work
across functions, both inside and
outside the sector, to ensure the
success of Division priorities

Responsible for business strategy on
current and new business activities
-
Support
rates and budgets and segment disclosure
statements for the Division
-
Ensure
that the Business Management
organization remains in strict
compliance with SOX and government
regulations
-
Interface
with D&T and Internal Audit on Business
Management issues
-
Deliver
superior results for the Division
through personal engagement, commitment
and team work.

SAP
experience in a federal government
regulated environment

business capture experience is
preferred.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Manager Business Management Job

Bachelors
Degree or equivalent experience, with
eight or more years of related
accounting / finance and/or prior
management experience.
