Job Description:

The Home Health Aide Program Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Responsible for effective staff retention and utilization

• In the absence of the Director, responsible for the functions of the Home Health Aide Division and Organization. 

• Two years RN experience
• Supervisory experience
• Experience and proven skill in teaching, problem solving and employee relations
• Homecare experience preferred.

• RN with current licensure in the state where job is available
• BSN or equivalent experience.
