The
General Manager Hotel will perform all
or some of the following Job
description:
The
General Manager Hotel is the
entrepreneurial leader of the hotel.
He/She will have discretion over the
decision making for the entire
operation.
He/She
will be responsible for the management
of each of the five main departments
including the Front Desk, Housekeeping,
Maintenance, Laundry and Sales. He/She
will be responsible for leading each
employee in providing high quality
customer service.
The
General Manager Hotel will daily exceed
expectations of guests and clients.
He/She will use business savvy to
operate these departments as each sees
fit; manage the P&L and budgets.
He/She
will be responsible for recruiting,
hiring, coaching, and terminating
employees. The General Manager Hotel
will develop/implement employee
schedules; He/She will perform other
duties as assigned.
