Financial Manager
will, within the Analysis group of FP&A,
be responsible for producing and
delivering financial analysis to
Management at all levels of the
organization.

Financial Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Provide
comprehensive and complex financial
analysis
Prepare,
supervise, and provide quality control
to the preparation of complex analytical
and financial reports and presentations
Comfortable interacting with Senior
Management, making presentations, and
recommendations
Develop,
interpret, and implement financial
concepts for planning and control
Work
collaboratively across all FP&A teams,
identifying best practices and process
efficiencies
Provide
guidance for junior team members
Produce
more complex financial reports regarding
trends, variances, and profitability and
performance measurement
Develop
financial modeling, graphing and
reporting
Provide
analytical support to Basel Stress
Testing team in Financial Planning &
Analysis. This would involve analyzing
and forecasting income statement,
balance sheet and capital under various
generally adverse macroeconomic and
idiosyncratic scenarios. The primary
goals would be delivering/coordinating
the development and delivery of 3-5 year
Balance Sheet and Income Statement
forecast financial projections under
stressed macroeconomic and idiosyncratic
conditions (macro economic variables,
interest rates and the beginning
position will be provided),
consolidating and analyzing the capital
impacts results and supporting
management analysis and presentations
Consolidate and analyze forecast
results, supporting maintenance of
capital schedules and preparing
management reports and presentations
Enhance
balance sheet and income statement
forecast models and on-ongoing process
Coordinate development and delivery of
financial forecasts with key
stakeholders
Document
processes and results
Coordinate alignment between Base and
Stress forecasts
Develop
variance analyses
Coordinate with LOBs on stress test
scenarios requirement changes
Review
the results to determine the impact on
capital and earnings
Enhance
stress test reporting
Reconcile
the results with the Bank's general
ledger.

Advanced understanding of Basel II

Economic Capital and Expected Loss,
the key Risk Components (Market,
Credit & Operational)
Thorough understanding of: Banking
products & financial statements,
Transfer Pricing and Risk Management
including cash flow analysis,
Performance Measurement, Bank's
products, balance sheet, and income
statement
Strong Financial and Risk Management
analytical skills
Advanced understanding of: Banking
products & financial statements,
Transfer Pricing and Risk Management
Strong Financial and Risk Management
analytical skills and financial
modeling experience
Understanding of the key drivers of
capital adequacy and of key risk
components (Market, Credit &
