Job Summary:
The
Delivery Manager will
be responsible for providing people
management, solution design and delivery
oversight for a team of IT Service
Management and Cloud Computing
practitioners. Job
Description:
The
Delivery Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform people management
responsibilities including
implementation of programs such as
Individual Development Program,
Personal Business Commitments,
Compensation, Hiring, etc, as well
as resource deployment and labor
optimization -
Perform
Solution Design and Delivery
Oversight responsibilities including
sales and client interaction with
proposals and with active delivery
engagements to ensure the
deliverability/value of Company
contract and to ensure client value,
satisfaction, and delivery team
effectiveness in actual engagements
Responsible for delivery excellence,
client satisfaction, business
growth, business controls and
technical leadership.

MiddleWare portfolio knowledge

years experience in oral and written
presensations/communications

Readiness to travel 25% travel
annually

English: Fluent

years experience in sizing and
solution design of large-scale IT
systems

years experience in the successful
delivery of IT Service Management or
Cloud technologies, such as TSRM,
CCMDB, TAMIT, TADDM, TSAM, TPM and
competitive products

years experience in Client Executive
Relationship skills

years experience in providing
on-site consulting and generating
deliverables

years experience in Business
leadership

2
years experience in Engagement and
contract management

year experience in Project
Management

year experience in People management
and HR Processes (Comp, Hiring, PBC,
IDP, etc.)..
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
